L. Delaney & Banko Box are delighted to unveil their debut dollhouse collaboration: 3231 Magazine Street. Each of the first 25 kits will arrive with a bit of extra magic: a signed & numbered slip of paper, certifying its place in the inaugural, first-edition batch.
Inspired by the storied architecture of New Orleans’ Magazine Street, this light-filled miniature residence combines historical accuracy with elegant simplicity. Best of all, the kit’s exceptionally easy assembly means that you can get to work on the fun part—filling it with scenes of your imagination!

Your 3231 Magazine Street dollhouse arrives as 88 precision-cut, unfinished pieces (wood and plexi windows). Once assembled, your property features:
1:12 scale (standard dollhouse scale)
Finished size: 21.5” deep × 23.25” tall × 11.5” wide
Two rooms, one ground-floor porch, one balcony, and a rooftop
Balcony: 3.75” deep × 11.5” wide

Founded in New Orleans by architect Jakob Rosenzweig, Banko Box takes inspiration from Tatebanko (立版古), the 17th-century Japanese art of scenic dioramas.
