Paper Dress Making Workshop with L. Delaney

Expanding on her book, All Dolled Up, L. Delaney`s light-hearted 3-hour class will have students crafting scraps into miniature high fashion!

Students will look to the pages of fashion history for inspiration and examine real vintage clothing and fabrics to understand how they drape and sparkle (primarily focusing on fashion of the 1920s-1950s). The Imaginarium will bloom into a colorful miniature runway of sculpted vellum paper frocks and accessories! Coursework includes three finished vintage gowns. Homework for completing two more gowns and ideas for designing your own will be included in the colorful coursepack.
